Lookout Modern Pool Cottage – Erhart to Mavrinac – “Be our Guest”
After helping the homeowners build their main home at the Lookout, the family realized that with all the entertaining and guests they enjoyed hosting it might be time to have another place for family and friends to stay.
We helped them purchase one of the Lookout’s brand new modern Vineyard District Pool Cottages (then appropriately named “Be Our Guest”) so as to keep their family’s sanity while also honoring their generous spirit. The family had an opportunity to add a carriage house with additional upper-level living space and decided it was time to let another family enjoy their Poolside Cottage. We were able to reach out to their network and bring a Buyer within just two days and help our clients secure the opportunity ahead of the dozen other offers.
