Stop by these four local spots for all your wine needs.
The IGA Market in Chelan
Initially, the Red Apple Market, now known as the IGA Lake Chelan Market. This great market is located on the Manson Highway, just a few blocks from downtown Chelan. Here you’ll find an entire section of wine dedicated to those produced from the valley. Grab some cheese, crackers, and salami as a pairing on your way out of the store!
Manson Bay Market
This market is located at the entrance of Manson, the small town set on the lake’s northern shore. Similar to the IGA mentioned above, Manson Bay Market is a small grocery store that caters to the needs and wants of the community. Here you will find a large section of wines from local wineries as well as a terrific deli with everything you need for that perfect charcuterie board.
Culinary Apple
This unique, family-owned kitchen shop has been a small-town favorite for many years. They carry a wide variety of inspired gifts, kitchen tools and serve ware, delicious homemade fudge, and apple-inspired gifts. They also house a wonderful selection of wine from around the valley! Fudge and wine all in one place? We think yes.
Lone Pine Fruit and Espresso
In the heart of apple country, just four miles south of the historic Beebe Bridge on Highway 97, sits a year-round multi-faceted business that operates as a cozy café, fruit stand, and gift shop all in one! Along with freshly picked seasonal fruit and vegetables, you will find locally made products, coffee, and, oh yes, wine. You can even find an occasional cart full of local wine at a discounted price!
Depending on where you reside within the valley, visiting one of these several locations is an excellent place to pick up various local favorite wines by the bottle. Support two businesses at one time when you buy from these locations!
